At YCC Parts we always try to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that there are times when you do need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your item to us.

This does not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, for further information please refer to clause 5 of our terms and conditions.

We are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange where available. You can return your item free of charge to a local YCC Site.

 

STORE COLLECTION (PAID ONLINE OR PAID IN-STORE)

Simply visit your local YCC Parts site with your original invoice or your order confirmation email, please make sure that you follow the site guidelines. Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition and include the documentation and original packaging. The team will inspect the product before a refund is applied.

 

HOME DELIVERY

RETURN YOUR ITEM BY COURIER (ARRANGED BY US)
Return of unwanted products
We can arrange the collection using one of our couriers at a cost of £3.45. Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition and include the documentation and original packaging. All items will be inspected before a refund is applied. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the product back.
For faulty or damaged products
We will arrange a pick-up service free of charge All items will be inspected before a refund is applied, If the item is not deemed faulty upon inspection you will be charged a £3.45 carriage cost Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the product back.

 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM BY POST (ARRANGED BY YOU)
Return of any products
You (the customer) are responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty – see above) unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Service Department.LKQ Euro Car Parts will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.To return an item by post you will need to follow the instructions on the returns label included with your order, alternatively to help us to speed up your refund, please follow the steps below, it is very important to enclose the following information with your parcel to enable us to start processing your return within 24 hours of receipt.Please ensure you state your original order number, which can be found on the order confirmation email you received when placing your order. Without it, your refund could be delayed.Clearly state the product code, quantity, and reason for return.Return your order to: Euro Car Parts Ltd – T2 Birch Coppice Business Park, Danny Morson Way, Dordon, Tamworth, B78 1SEPlease retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund. EXCHANGES
If you change your mind or find you have chosen the wrong product, we are more than happy to exchange it. We can exchange a product up to 60 days after purchase as long as it meets the conditions of our returns policy.To make an exchange, you will need to bring your product into a LKQ Euro Car Parts store to exchange for the product you want.You can check availability on www.eurocarparts.com and also find your nearest store here.Please make sure you bring your invoice or your order reference number along with you when you come to exchange.Please also note that exchanges can only be done in our stores, and not by courier or post.

 

RETURN OF SPECIALIST PRODUCTS
Certain products are treated specially for legal and/or health and safety reasons, It is important for your own and our couriers safety that they are followed. As well as the above procedures the below must also be adhered to. Contact our customer services team if you are unsure if your product falls under this procedure. Car Batteries must NOT be removed from the sealed bag. Inform Euro Car Parts of the nature of any damage to the product as soon as possible. Batteries must be returned in the original, un-damaged box. Failure to do so may result in the courier refusing to collect the product. If the box is lost, damaged, defaced or unusable, for a suitable replacement box which meets the legal guidelines for the carriage of wet, pre-filled batteries, please contact our customer services for assistance.
Other Dangerous Goods : Aerosols, Brake Cleaner/fluid, and Shock AbsorbersIt is important to return such goods with the correct packaging and labelling. To obtain the legal guidelines for the transportation of dangerous goods, please contact our customer services to get assistance.

 

CANCELLATION
We may be able to cancel your order depending on the product and service that has been selected. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the details of your order once it has been submitted. If there is important information missing from a delivery address, such as house number or post code, we may be able to pass this information to the courier prior to them delivering your parcel.
Home Delivery – Unfortunately, once your order has been received and entered into the delivery process, we are unable to cancel your order. You can refuse delivery of the product, or you can accept delivery and then arrange a return.
Store Collection – If you are collecting your order from one of our sites, then we can cancel your order.
If you have Paid Online
If you’ve changed your mind about a collection order paid for online, don’t worry, just allow the order to expire (i.e., do not collect within 7 days) and we’ll process your refund automatically after the collection window has lapsed. You will then be refunded within 7 days to the original payment method. If you require the refund sooner, please contact the store you ordered to who will be able to arrange cancellation of your order. These details will be available in the My Account section or on the order confirmation email.
If you still have to Pay In-Store
If you have changed your mind about a pay in-store collection order, do not worry. You will just need to let the order expire (i.e., do not collect within 3 days) and we will automatically cancel your reservation.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL
For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 14 days after the day you recieved all goods/services from us. To exercise the right to cancel email customer services on [email protected], or call +44 (0) 207 871 2821, or write to us at Your Car Club Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX to inform us. We will need your Order number, and contact information. You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You must send the good back to us, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order. We shall aim to refund you within 14 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided. Note, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary deliveries such as Same Day, Next Day, Super Saver deliveries). You have the option to return the product to a local YCC Parts branch. Alternatively, we can arrange the collection using our carrier. Please take reasonable care of the goods as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
